Job Overview:

Under the direction of the CFO, you will work as a valued team member of a remote workplace environment and will be responsible for owning the Financial Modeling and Analysis for the business including the Operating Plan, Cash forecasting, and specialty Analysis such as Pro-Forma acquisitions. You will also partner with cross-functional team members as we continue to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Business Analyst at Quantum Financial Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the business initiatives and your primary responsibilities will include:

• Create and Own the Operating Plan modeling for the business, including financial reporting and performance to the business KPIs
• Perform impact risks to the business with regards to identified changes in the business and future potential opportunities and risks
• Utilize data analytics to proactively identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to identify and implement improvements in risk assessment processes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate pricing effectiveness, adjusting as needed.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall campaign ROI.
• Strong drive for execution, partnership ability, and communication skills needed especially in a hybrid work environment.
• Successful candidates will exhibit the ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders to drive results. They will also need to be self-driven and comfortable with a fluid work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field;
• Quantitative model building experience required and ideal if have Private Equity or Venture Capital experience level modeling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL experience preferred).
• Proficient at using PowerPoint and other tools in building presentation quality decks
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Business Analyst in financial services or similar industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Knowledge of SME lending is a plus.
• Communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred if you have a familiarity of U.S. GAAP Accounting Standards but this is not an accounting function
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks are completed timely.
