**The Tasks**
* Assemble shipping bags and boxes, insert liners and ice packs
* Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets
* Palletize completed orders
* Pack, load, and ship outbound orders to meet required timelines for daily departure
* Keep floors clean and clear of debris
* Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized for the next shift
**Qualifications**
* Ability to work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees
* Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Ability to speak Spanish is helpful
* Sense of urgency
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude
