Role: Sales Manager


Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective lighting end users
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned end user accounts
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned end user accounts.
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Responsible for day-to-day product delivery and after service management
  • Market Intelligence/insight collection

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of work experience

Previous experience of driving lighting end users ideally within the same product category or channel

Strong personal network within the industry and exceptional communication skills

Ability to build lasting relationships and flexible to travel to end user/partner.
