Job Description of Restaurant Manager - Chick-fil-A Kirkwood Highway:
- Work in the operation, overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
- Assist in coaching and training the team; celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
- Intentionally invest in and develop team members
- Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and to build sustainable sales and profit growth
- Perform key administrative tasks with a key focus on cash management and hospitality
- Meet regularly with the Front of House Directors to set goals, train, and achieve
