Social Media Specialist


Job Details

As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day community management on our social media channels, including content creation, posting and scheduling content, managing conversations between followers(comments & DMs), and reporting/analyzing the results to optimize campaign KPIs. You will work closely with customer satisfaction to remain FDA compliant in all content/engagement as well as helpful in answering customer questions. The overarching goal of this position is to effectively connect with our audience and help as many people as possible through sharing information, products, and or resources. Responsibilities:Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy via cross platform content creation, community management, ect. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. Generate, edit, schedule and publish engaging content daily (e. g. original text, photos, videos and news)Collaborate frequently with acquisition and customer satisfaction teams to deliver each campaign to the target audience, at the right time. Use in platform metrics as well as Sprout Social and Meta to make predictions of upcoming trends, high performing content styles, and developments in the social media landscape. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailUse your creative thinking to build assets and copy that speak to our audience, or target audience in the brand's tone. Understand that in this role, you are the voice of the brand to the customer and must treat this connection with respect and uphold our company values at all times. Knowledge of the health industryActively embraces healthy livingAdvanced proficiency in Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, X, & LinkedIn, organic platforms. Advanced design capabilities in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom applications. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Pr, or related field preferredIn the absence of a 4 year degree, please include an accurate and up to date portfolio and or any applicable certifications or completed course work. 5+ years of experience, combined, in any of the following categoriesSocial media marketingContent creationCopywriting Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsAbility to understand marketing concepts and strategies in order to craft content in line with campaign KPIs. An obsession with creating impactful social media and video content is a must. Familiarity with content creation tools and analytics Ability to work well in a hybrid environment
