Director, Conventional MDU Sales

Position Summary: The National Accounts manager will be responsible for driving and managing new conventional MDU sales for the Company. This will include prospecting, targeting, and identifying ideal prospects, developing relationships with targeted prospects, creating opportunities, building and managing a sales funnel, and closing new business for the Company. This role will be measured based on the success of completing bulk agreements representing new organic growth for the Company, and meeting and exceeding monthly sales performance expectations. Primary Responsibilities:

Manage proposals, prospect and client communication, and new business deal flow.Responsible for managing and tracking sales pipeline and updating this data on a frequent basis.Work closely with REITs, asset management and property ownership organizations as well as industry consultants and attorneys representing prospective clients.Manage a process flow for contracts, financial approvals, and engineering work for each project.Develop new MDU opportunities for the Company. Attend industry conferences to promote the Company s products and strategy within the industry.Collaborate with other departments including marketing, engineering, and account management.Monitor industry developments and topics including regulatory and technical issues to assist in strategic and customer impact.Proficient in products and specifications of Pavlov Media.Share and present information to C-level management/executives.Assist in sales engineering tasks including working with design, participating in site surveys and evaluating best practices for installations.Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.3 years sales experience and 2 years within the MDU industry required.Must have experience with a CRM such as Odoo or Salesforce.Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Willingness to travel 25% of the time to attend trade shows.Desired Skills:

Strong verbal, written, presentation and listening communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as negotiating skills.Must be able to work within deadlines and provide exemplary customer service and responsiveness to clients.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.Proven ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priority.Benefits include health care starting on day one, 401(k) savings plans, paid time off and more!#J-18808-Ljbffr
