Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Planning, this position works closely with Southwest Divisions executives and operational business leaders to develop the Southwest Division s strategic growth priorities, evaluate capital deployment alternatives and execute M&A transactions to continue driving growth in the Southwest Division and significant long-term shareholder valueDevelop ad hoc senior executive and operational business leader presentationsSupports the Southwest Division in developing annual operating plan and capital expenditure budgetsFacilitates preparation of Southwest Division quarterly business reviewsPerform market and financial due diligence of capital projects working cross-functionally with the corporate finance team and operational business leadersPerform detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow models, accretion/(dilution) analysis and analysis at various pricesSupport cross-functional due diligence efforts across operations, finance, accounting, legal, HR, IT, tax and third-party advisorsDevelop transaction proposals to present to the senior executive team that include a thorough evaluation of the strategic rationale, risks, valuation and financial return metricsSupport post-close integration teams to identify, capture and realize deal synergiesRefine valuation models and standardize transaction processesSupport portfolio rationalization and divestiture effortsTypical hours would be Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with some expectation to work outside these hoursCompetitive Annual Salary with Performance BonusAnnual Performance IncreasesPTO Available as of DAY ONE401(k) plan with company matchEmployee pension plan (no cost to employee)Full Medical, Health & Wellness Benefits start on FIRST DAYQualifications
