Support **IT Technical Support Specialist (HPE/NetApp)**

** Your Tasks**
Save the day for your users and keep crucial data center infrastructure running for sectors like healthcare, technology and banking.
As Hemmersbach information technology engineer, your tasks include:
Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors, and replacing hardware.
Installation, support, and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems, and network equipment
Maintenance of data center hardware onsite
** Our Requirements**
* Experience in supporting and exchanging components for at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs, or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp.
* HPE Proliant and 3PAR storage experience,XP storage (Preferred).
* Customer service soft skills, strong verbal and written communication in English, and flexibility in working shift schedules, and after-hours work and experience with on-siote direct client engagement.
* A+ Certified or Equivalent.
* Optional: working technical knowledge of standard server system software (Linux, Windows, VMWare)
