Livanta is seeking proposal writers to join a newly enhanced proposal team. We are seeking proposal professionals with at least 5 years of government proposal writing experience, preferably in federal contracting, to develop bid content for our healthcare quality and healthcare IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly produce bid and proposal content.
Ideal writers will be able to break down technical content into easily understandable information to support proposals as sales documents, not technical treatises. They can grasp messaging as each unique strategy requires and can shift voice to the audience. Ideal candidates also know how to probe solutions to find the aha! sales element that contributes to a compelling, compliant response.
Respond to RFX for new client acquisition and rebids. Includes working with SMEs to develop and refine solutions to create new content or tailor existing content to bids,
Maintain and update the proposal database,
Maximize the use of routine proposal tools, including SharePoint, for proposal management,
Support newly implemented proposal processes, templates, and tools; and recommend enhancements, particularly as products shift to solely electronic submittals,
Assist in preparation for International Standardization Organization audits.
5 years of government proposal writing experience, preferably in healthcare,
BS degree in Communications, English, or a relevant writing field,
APMP-accredited preferred, but not required,
Ability to independently develop a story through both text and graphics.

This is a remote position. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires being part of a team, so the ability to work well with others is required.
