Overview
We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and new ventures, projects, and business opportunities ensuring effective communication, sound analysis, and organized execution.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Research new business opportunities and partnerships to determine viability and path of execution.
- Manage relationships with potential new partners, vendors, suppliers, etc.
- Manage projects effectively, demonstrating experience in team leadership and successful project launches.
- Analyze individual program and partnership performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
- Liaison between business, product management, and technology teams to execute new initiatives quickly and professionally.
- Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
- Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Consulting Experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Able to travel at least 10% of the time
- 1-2 years minimum experience managing a complex new project or business initiative to completion.
