Prior Construction Experience and Tape Measure Experience is NEEDED !ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains productivity levels according to plant goals.Properly reports laborSafely operates over head cranes, and straddle crane, and is capable of climbing laddersSets-up and level unit bases using laser levelInstalls perimeter angles, Reconnects, INT, EXT, Wall, roofs, and roof trim with minor supervisionPerforms good finish caulking, and knowledge of construction manual of what to caulk and when it appliesVerifies correct components installed in unitsResponsible for filling out JRM booksAdheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.Looks up drawings on Shop Floor Viewer as neededCan find work instructions, and operating instructions from QMS manual when requiredEDUCATION/EXPERIENCERead and write EnglishHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferredKnowledge of company safety policiesAble to read Tape measureMust have good problem solving skillsPrior Carpentry/Construction experience preferredWORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
