FedPro is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Production Associate to join the team! This position is responsible for maintaining manufacturing operations, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
Work Hours: 1st shift, 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday- Friday
Location: 4520 Richmond Rd., Warrensville Hts., OH
Transportation Assistance: Available to candidates based on company discretion.
Team Dynamics: Works closely with production shipping and receiving teams.

- Effectively runs production machinery during assigned shifts.
- Monitors the production process.
- Inspects products at the machine for quality discrepancies.
- Follows written work instructions.
- Ensures that the workstation and equipment is clean and free of hazards.
- Ensure that end products meet quality and quantity standards of the company.
- Creates accurate record keeping on a daily basis.

- Assists with maintaining shipping procedures for incoming and outgoing orders to ensure a high level of quality in accuracy and high levels of order fulfillment.
- Must be detail oriented and pick and pack operations must be efficient.
- Works with receiving and inspection procedures for inbound materials.
- Ensure that end products meet quality and quantity standards of the company.
- Creates accurate record keeping on a daily basis.
Preferred Qualifications:- Tow Motor Experience or Certification
Required Qualifications for both roles:- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehouse or production setting working.
- Dependable, attention to detail, and has a positive attitude
