Accounting Manager Projected areas of responsibilities:

  • Drive the financial reporting process through the consolidation,
  • Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS basis financial results,
  • Lead and manage all month-end close activities.
  • Cash management and cash flow forecasting.
  • Analyze financial results to provide company-wide and business-unit evaluations & variance analysis
  • Develop and standardize monthly dashboard reporting and establish KPI s
  • Assess and redesign Reporting packages.
  • Prepare financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS financial results.
  • Research and apply new accounting regulations as required,
  • Document and provide leadership on accounting policies and procedures to protect and maintain sound reporting controls,
  • Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements
  • Identify areas of inefficiencies, redesign, and implement process improvements
  • SEC Reporting
  • Support the company s external reporting filings by preparing footnotes and MD&A.
  • Integrate post-merger systems and reporting as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA and/or CPA or CPA in progression strongly preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with some experience in a large public company
  • Confidence in professional aptitude and ability to convey your skills and knowledge to clients
  • Strong willingness to be adaptable and flexible in changing environments
  • High energy with commitment to exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrated career progression
  • Advanced Excel (pivots, v-lookups) and ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Possess exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels.

Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $155,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
