Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson position at Crimar Industrial (USA) in Tucson, AZ, offering some remote work flexibility. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Mining, Oil and Gas, or Water Treatment sectors. Responsibilities include seeking new clients, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, you'll help devise and implement strategies to expand business. Effective communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, project management, or a related field
  • Require bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred


Tiered Commission:

  • This encourages higher sales volumes by increasing the commission percentage as sales targets are surpassed. For instance, 3% on sales up to $1 million, 5% on sales between $1 million and $3 million, and 7% on sales over $3 million.
