Data Entry Specialist (Digital Asset Management)
Akkodis is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a client of ours in Des Moines, IA to help provide Data Entry with focusing on digital asset management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tagging, uploading, and cataloging data within a digital asset management system. If you are highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an established company with market recognition this is the position for you!
Location: Des Moines, Iowa (this will be a hybrid role- 3 days remote, 3 days on site in Des Moines)
Duration: Contract role through the end of 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Tagging digital assets with relevant keywords and metadata for easy search and retrieval
- Uploading new assets into the digital asset management system
- Cataloging and organizing data to ensure accurate and timely access for team members
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the digital asset management system
- Collaborating with various departments to understand and fulfill data entry needs
- Providing support and training to team members on how to effectively use the digital asset management system
Qualifications:
Mac or iOS experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or digital asset management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
