Position: Estimator
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
Location: Orlando, Florida
Are you an Estimator who has experience within the Subcontract commercial dry wall industry and looking to join a genuinely incredible company? If so, APPLY NOW. We are seeking an Estimator for commercial drywall projects in the Orlando, FL area. This company has worked on some of Florida s biggest attractions, including multiple hotels, rides and areas in both the Disney World and Universal Orlando resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Review specifications
- Solicit bids from material and turn-key subcontractors
- Review and take-off drywall scope in OST/QB or Edge software
- Provide reporting and recap to chief estimator on owners for review
- Create proposal
- Complete all contractor scope/Bid forms
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial drywall trade.
- Proficiency in on-screen take-off and estimating software (e.g., Quick Bid or Edge).
- Familiarity with Autodesk software.
- Experience with PlanGrid and Blue Beam.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
