Job Requirements
Experience with automated Human Resources (HR) systems is not required; however, experience using word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and other general administrative technologies is required.
Minimum Education HS/GED and 1 year of education from an accredited institution.
Job Description *
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; schedule interviews and meetings for Branch Chief.
Update Benefits Events Calendar; process incoming mail; fax health insurance elections to health plan carriers.
Maintain folders on shared drive, transmit documents to File Room (this is an electronic process).
Prepare FEDEX labels for retirement packages and HRS; Director letters for retirees coordinate with Executive Secretary.
Setup WebEx and Zoom for Benefits seminars.
Admin support for the team members supplies, equipment, track mandatory training and deadlines, Workflow Information Tracking System (WITS) requests.
Partner with the Administrative Officer (AO) to complete Division internal onboarding and offboarding processes for the Branches.
