Bring your Sales talent on sales of Packaging Supplies and join the growing VacQPack USA and Acme Group as National Account Manager. The Sales Manager will leverage Acme Bag capabilities to drive sales in Agriculture and Food Industry. As the leader of the Company s Sales Division, this individual will ensure internal financial objectives are accomplished while meeting/exceeding customer expectations. Looking for a high-performing Account Manager to meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

Job Summary

To organize and direct all necessary facets of the strategic business unit to ensure the long-term profitable growth and viability of the assigned business. This role will identify potential deals, develop, and align the strategy/tactics to win them and leverage Company resources effectively across the organization. This individual must drive key topics forward as a team player and partner with the management team to ensure the best possible service and communications with customers.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Work closely with the Company Leadership to implement and achieve sales objectives, trade plans and distribution growth of VacQPack Bags, FIBC Bags and other allied Packaging supplies.

Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, and programs to achieve volume and profit goals.

Participate in trade shows and industry events

Develop the customer base and make presentations directly

Perform ongoing business and competitive analysis to drive sales performance.

Leverage insights and data to develop and execute plans, presentations and analyze opportunities.

Create collaborations, internally and externally.

Ensure execution detail, follow-through, and follow-up.

Work with USA & Netherlands Team to develop customer product platforms.

Perform other duties as assigned to assure smooth and profitable operation.

Participate in Forecasting and Budgeting

Qualifications and Experience:

Possess an Undergraduate in Business or related.

Travel requirement of approximately 30% throughout United States.

Possess +10 years of revenue development experience in Packaging Supplies, preferably FIBC Bags.

Possess a strong working knowledge of sales ecosystem and has consistently developed deep key stakeholder relationship in relevant customer bases.

Possess experience and vision to grow sales. Candidates must be able to understand the market value chain - identify opportunities, drive projects and possess the ability to forge profitable long term industry relationships in relevant markets and in customer centric environments requiring them to exemplify sustainable high energy, motivation, perseverance, and passion to meet customer demands for high levels of customer service.

Capable of selling into large and small accounts, candidates must have demonstrated consistent and proven ability to function exceptionally in all phases of sales and delivery (e.g., opportunity identification, qualification, engagement scoping, client relationship management, and closing).

Strong communication skills including strategic and functional level problem analysis and resolution; candidate possesses the creative problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and people skills that foster, create, and support a positive workplace environment.

Ability to identify barriers to entry and develop tactics to overcome them, innovatively translate, distill and anticipate customer needs into technically complex customer offerings,

Eager to compete and win, candidates can articulate their demonstrated approach to account sales strategy, planning and execution including any solution/consultative selling methodologies consistently employed.

Possessing a high degree of self-confidence, able to think fast and learn/recover quickly from failures, candidates are not afraid to admit where they lack expertise; able to go out of their way to learn and seek expert counsel; know when to ask for help, and when to identify, leverage/employ experts into team selling client situations.

The candidate will report to the General Manager and Controller of the company.
