**Job Role Responsibilities**
**Cataloguer**:
Validate business line requests.
Contribute to warehouse stock optimization by advising business line's optimal stocking levels.
Prepare and consolidate mass requests in standard format for mass upload.
Independent verification, quality check of mass uploaded entries.
Search for existing catalog entries to match urgent requests.
Provide guidance on cataloguing, requirements and best practice to sites.
Perform periodic maintenance of SAP catalog to identify consolidation opportunities and cleanup of redundant entries.
**Expeditor**:
Track late orders using internal tool.
Communicate with vendors, business line and warehouse concerning the status of material.
Communicate with acquisitions on status and root causes of late purchase orders deliveries.
**Expected Level of Proficiency**
* Students of Business Administration, International Trade, Economics and Industrial Engineering (~2 years away from graduation)
* Advanced English Level
