Role
As an Assistant Grower, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of all greenhouse operations. Working closely with the Head Grower, you'll strive to support the maintenance of optimal growing conditions throughout the year and ensure that production goals are met. Collaboration with the crop care team and coordination with the IPM Manager for pest and disease control will be essential. Additionally, you'll be accountable for maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety policies, as well as managing annual activities such as crop cleanout and planting of new crops as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record of successfully growing within a commercial greenhouse or vertical farm. You must also have experience with growing Tomatoes.
