Focus:

  • Precisely manage powder dispensing, recording, and review procedures for accurate quantities.
  • Supervise infusion, blending, compression, and coating processes to meet stringent standards.
  • Operate machinery in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Exceed production goals while ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to standards.
  • Perform meticulous in-process checks on all products within specified intervals to uphold superior quality standards.
  • Expertly maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment through disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Lead training sessions for new machine operators, covering procedures, policies, and troubleshooting techniques comprehensively.
  • Identify and swiftly resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and uphold smooth production flow.

Skill Set:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a vocational specialization preferred.
  • At least one year of machine operator experience is essential, preferably in a related field.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance the candidate's skill set specific to our tablet manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the work schedule, including weekends. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced technical and mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to drive a Box Truck with company equipment across states as needed.
  • A valid US Driver's License is required for employment rental car & company cars are primary source of transportation during deployment.
