We re hiring 100% remote, Spanish-speaking therapists!

At Antelope Recovery, we prioritize an exceptional therapist experience. Our team handles many of the administrative complexities so our clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing high-quality mental health care.


About the role

Antelope Recovery is hiring exceptional Spanish-speaking, Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide IOP telehealth services to our adolescent clients and their parents. We re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

This can either be a contract / 1099 position or a W2 position.

The contract / 1099 position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

W2 position requires full-time availability, including necessary availability in the evenings.

While each clinician has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well-versed in various modalities. Our clients are struggling to cope with underlying mental health issues and benefit from therapists who are sophisticated, relational, and versatile. Successful candidates are committed to bettering their clients' mental health and being adept at self-care, ensuring they are prepared to give their best every day to address the youth mental health crisis.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • State licensure as a therapist (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • (W2 Employment) Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive


About you:

  • Well-versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
  • Confident in working with teens and young adults
  • Passionate about supporting parents
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Creative and engaging, especially over video!

Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is competitive and depends on contractor or full-time employee status. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Antelope-sponsored benefits.
