Recruiting Manager


Job Details

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our highly energic Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on leading high-volume recruitment at the ATL airport, planning hiring events, managing a team of 3 recruiters, leading an offshore shared services team, reporting and assisting with various projects. You will be responsible for meeting the weekly hiring targets and ensure we meet those requirements in a timely and compliant manner and within assigned budgets. You will constantly look to improve the processes and candidate experience and work closely with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

- Meet assigned hiring targets and constantly evaluate team performance and efficiency

- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of hiring metrics and actively using the insights to improve the processes, this is a key responsibility for this role

- Example of metrics that need to be tracked- show rate, offer conversion, weekly offer target percentage, rejection rate and other metrics as needed.

- Be hands on, step in to assist recruiters as needed with interviews, events, and assisting candidates

- Work flexibly and shift gears daily as business needs can change very quickly

- Strategize and implement relevant sourcing strategies focused on improving candidate quality and pipeline building for high volume recruiting

- Maintain 100% compliance on processes and federal/state laws related to recruiting

- Manage team performance and cultivate a positive and high energy working environment

- Promote a positive team culture, lead team member recognition aimed at enhancing team morale and participation

- Assist with various recruiting projects and initiatives for the recruiting team

- Work closely with operations leaders and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships

- Maintain primary and secondary data on market wage analysis and Talent pipeline movements.

- Other tasks and projects as assigned


Qualifications

- At least 4-5 years of recruiting experience and at least 2 years leading a team of recruiters

- Experience and proven track record in running high volume recruiting ideally in the Atlanta job market

- High-level attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- Experience using Microsoft office suite, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related major is preferred

- Experience with cutting edge TA Tools and generative AI will be preferred.

- Ability to work in office 5 days a week.
