Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $26-30/hr + shift differential pay + OT

Shift: 2nd and 3rd

Assists with both preventive and repair maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility. Works to maintain safety standards and maintenance systems.

Duties & Requirements:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to prevent emergency repairs.
• Install and replace automated and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Maintenance training/certifications preferred.
• Strong electrical skills required.
• Basic mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work in hot and cold environments.
• In-person attendance is essential.
