Within our Corporate Office Services team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking an Office Services Assistant to support our organization in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment! We take pride in our commitment to excellence and aim to elevate our operations to new heights!
At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $21.64 and $24.34. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.
- with excellence as the face of Leprino, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience by unlocking and locking the building entrance, managing switchboard calls, and greeting visitors with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- the lobby's welcoming atmosphere by updating the welcome screen and directing package deliveries efficiently.
- office operations by facilitating forms and business card orders, as well as managing administrative duties as assigned.
- building security protocols by maintaining awareness of front entrance activities, monitoring surveillance screens, and coordinating visitor sign-in procedures.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all types and levels of individuals (both internal and external).
- Ability to balance simultaneous tasks.
- The ability to work a weekly office schedule.
