Associate Attorney, junior and senior level 3-15 years experience, construction defect, complex commercial litigation
Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli is a fast-growing civil defense law firm with 70 lawyers and over two decades of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients. We are seeking experienced Attorneys with 3-15 years of construction defect litigation and/or complex commercial litigation experience to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to litigate a variety of commercial litigation and construction defect claims, amongst others
Senior candidate will manage their own cases and associates from inception to trial, will have direct client contact. Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are required along with knowledge and experience with construction defect and commercial litigation matters You will work in a diverse, inclusive, team oriented, open-door environment where direct access and continued support from the entire team is the norm, as is treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
