What You Will Be Doing:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role as finance business partner to the internal company executives and field support teams. The role will be vital to analyze, influence, and drive improved business performance through root cause variance analysis, KPI driven analytics and trends, benchmarking, and executive level reporting.


The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of finance, including accounting and financial modeling. Of foremost importance is the ability to be an effective communication liaison among functional and business owner groups to ensure transparency and accountability. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule.


This role reports to the VP of Finance.


Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Variance explanations for month end close and corporate reporting.
  • Assisting in consolidated reporting for monthly financial reporting as well as board reporting as needed.
  • Assist in the development of subsidiary and TFG consolidated annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Serve as liaison with subsidiary operators as well as Accounting Shared Services to ensure financial integrity.
  • Assist in development of action plans to correct variances and achieve financial goals.
  • Participate in month end P&L review calls.
  • Assist as necessary in strategic reporting and analysis in support of contract bid proposals.
  • Perform proactive support for troubled accounts and action plans.
  • Managing and maintaining the Power BI environment (data loads, hierarchy management, reporting) in conjunction with IT.


Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of financial analysis, preferably in a service-based company.
  • Experience in developing and/or maintaining a Power BI environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a forward-looking mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Able to handle high volume business requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be efficient at learning financial systems (NetSuite, ADP payroll system, among others).
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn new systems and identify and implement improvements to existing financial systems, reports and processes.
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills to build models and presentations in support of financial analysis and reporting projections.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
