an M&A Corporate Business Developer
The Company
UHG is a recognized global healthcare consortium focused on providing quality healthcare services and responding to the diverse needs of the population. The company is rapidly growing via acquisitions across the Western world (5-10 deals/month).
UHG is pursuing vigorous growth across the US, Canada, and Europe. Its operations encompass the entire senior care continuum, including dental practices, senior care facilities, home healthcare services, memory care centers, and other specialized offerings to leverage synergies across its multiple verticals. Responsibilities
- Be a key producer within the established corporate development department, reporting to the CEO.
- Vigorously lead the M&A activity from the front from the cradle to the grave, which includes reaching out to business owners, negotiating LOIs, and leading deals until the close.
- Approaches will include cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, attending industry events, dealing with industry brokers, etc.
- Coordinate all deals with Accountants, Lawyers, and financial partners.
- Travel as needed to meet with business owners (sellers) and close deals.
Qualifications
- Experience as a corporate business developer in the M&A space of min. 3-5 years
- Demonstrable experience in an upbeat business environment.
- Demonstrable track record of success via cold outreach (including extensive cold calling).
- High comfort level negotiating with C-Suite executives and business owners.
- Strong organizational skills.
Compensation
- Commission & stock rewards compensation
- 7 figure compensation p.a., not guaranteed but possible
