Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for the production side of the business. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics. This role will play a crucial part in building and maintaining their brand presence, engaging with the audience, and driving awareness for their productions. This person will be managing strategy and implementation of day-to-day social activities and have the ability to create content.
This requires someone who lives in commutable distance to Beverly Hills.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's
overall marketing goals.
2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social
media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and messaging.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to recommend and implement new
social media features and strategies.
4. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and
community management.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to
ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
6. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and brand
mentions.
7. Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of
social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Plan and execute social media campaigns for upcoming productions, events, and
promotions.
9. Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators to amplify the company's
reach.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, ideally in the entertainment or
production industry.
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
8. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
