Summary


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Client Relationship Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market presence for Chantilly Air. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. You will also work closely with the department managers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FBO, Maintenance and Aircraft Management and Charter departments
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • Prepare annual budgets and sales goals
  • Manage marketing efforts and social media presence
  • Manage the sales cycle with CRM
  • Attend industry events and trade shows
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery and promotion of our services


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the aviation industry, preferably in FBO, Maintenance and Aircraft Management and Charter services
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and closing deals
  • Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Social media experience required
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Office365 and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as required approximately 50%-75%
  • Hours may vary to include after hours and weekends
  • This a non-remote position based at the Manassas Regional Airport in Manassas, VA

Compensation


Position is a salaried exempt position and offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
