CAST Transportation is currently seeking to hire an Account/Inside Sales Researcher to support our sales team in maintaining and building our customer base on a local/regional and national scale.
This is a Salaried Position Not commission based.

Today, CAST safely transports hazardous materials, radioactive waste, construction materials and equipment. CAST has become well known for its ability to operate locally and nationally, providing safe and efficient transportation for our customers.
JOB OVERVIEW and DUTIES
The Account/Inside Sales Researcher will be housed in our main terminal in Henderson, CO and will be tasked with assisting our sales team in managing our existing customer relationships, with a focus on account maintenance and growth, as well as acquiring new accounts through various methods of prospecting.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Work with current customers to ensure their current and future transportation needs are being met or exceeded and provide whatever support necessary.
Update online marketing materials, including CAST s social media forums, as well as update tangible marketing materials and promotional items and manage inventory of same
Work closely with CAST Dispatch to identify and fulfill back-haul opportunities for CAST drivers
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years recent account manager/customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in utilizing Windows and Microsoft Office, with Excel and/or Access experience strongly preferred
Social Media experience
Demonstrates effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills, as well as strong customer service skills
Demonstrates a willingness to learn and a positive attitude to change
Have a professional, enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach
Strong Work Ethic, including productive self-direction to complete duties and tasks
An outstanding sense of dedication and commitment
Valid Driver s License
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
