If so, let's start the conversation.The Transformation Lead within the ALM business plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and fostering innovation. The role is instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking transformation strategy aligned with Iron Mountain's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing ALM servicesChange Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levelsProject Management: Oversee various transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with predefined objectivesStakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gain insights, build consensus, and secure support for transformation effortsRisk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to transformation initiatives and devise effective mitigation strategies to overcome challengesPerformance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation projects. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadershipVendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in supporting the ALM transformation processCompliance and Governance: Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal governance standardsContinuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability throughout the ALM organizationQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred3-5 years experience in process & project managementProven experience in leading and managing business transformation initiatives, preferably within the ITAD or related industryStrong project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levelsSolid understanding of change management principles and practicesDemonstrated ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make data-driven decisionsExperience in talent development and team leadership.Knowledge of ITAD industry regulations and best practices is a plus.Travel: 10-15%Category: Project/Program Management GroupIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
