Job Responsibilities
The Construction Manager will become a part of our client s team in Washington, DC, and will be responsible for completing projects from start to end, on time and cost-effectively in compliance with all contract requirements.
Responsibilities of the Construction Manager include:
- Providing on-site leadership for project team by motivating team members to meet project goals
- Establishing assignments, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action if necessary
- Preparing periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients
- Working with design engineers and construction engineers to develop cost effective solutions for technical issues
