ABPG is growing again, and we're looking for candidates who can help us continue to evolve, grow and deliver custom print and digital marketing solutions to local businesses.
This position works with businesses across the state to help them effectively market their goods and services. Account executives with ABPG work with long-time, award-winning publications such as Arkansas Business, Arkansas Bride, Hot Springs Guest Guide, Greenhead, Arkansas 250, Little Rock Soiree and large-scale events like Arkansas Business of the Year and Best Places to Work in Arkansas.
Proven sales success is a must, but prior media sales is not a requirement. We're happy to train the right candidates. These are not low-wage, entry-level roles. We're looking for people with sales experience, and we know that is valuable.

Company-wide we ve seen significant growth during the last 10 years, as the media and market landscape has become increasingly competitive. One of our special publications divisions has grown sales 50% in those same five years, and our innovative digital marketing arm, Flex 360, is fastest-growing division in the company.
With traditional and modern marketing tools at your disposal, you will work daily to help small and mid-sized, local businesses grow through the consultative sale of both print and digital solutions. We have sales specialists for more than 30 print and digital publications serving unique niches.
The ideal candidate must have a competitive personality with the desire to win. Candidates must be able to meet goals, demonstrate consultative sales skills, develop multi-media proposals and make presentations to potential clients. Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year between base, bonus and commissions
