Summary
This position performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks, including grounds-keeping, maintenance, and basic repair of county facilities and equipment. This position is under the direct supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor and/or his/her designee.

Performs building and grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and event set-up/tear-down.
- Perform basic facility repairs, painting, floor maintenance, ceiling repair, etc.
- Perform various grounds maintenance: turf mowing, weed control, snow removal, and de-icing as needed.
- Assist custodial staff with maintaining the cleanliness of County facilities on an as-needed basis.
- Assist event staff with set-up and tear-down on an as-needed basis
Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.
RequirementsRequired Education and Experience
High school education or G.E.D
18 years of age
Preferred Education and Experience
One to three years of prior related experience or training
Certification, License, Registration
Valid driver's license
