Office Manager


Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed
Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and organization
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and team members
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration
Act as the point of contact for office visitors and address their inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
