**N Wasserstrom Designs and Manufactures Custom Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures for the places where you eat, sleep, work, play and gather. We have an opening for a **Warehouse Administrator** to ensure our finished goods are efficiently scheduled and delivered without damage. This position interacts with a variety of other associates, acting as a liaison with sales, managing all shipment logs, monitoring daily and weekly shipments to ensure all required documentation and communication has been completed. The hours for this position are 7am-3:30pm with required overtime and some Saturdays. The ideal candidate would have both warehouse and office/administration experience.**

**Additional duties include reviewing daily shipment schedule and assists in planning and prioritizing daily work schedules to meet customer delivery requirements; alerts loading associates of any special truck loading configuration or customer delivery requirements; produce all shipping paperwork, filing, printing and recording all shipments; cycle count and inventory all stock products; pull single orders and assist in other work areas when needed.**

**Intermediate keyboard/computer, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Considerable knowledge of administrative office practices. Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; recognize and maintain confidentiality and establish/maintain effective working relationships with others. Must be organized. Forklift certification helpful but not required. High school diploma, or equivalent, and two years of office/administrative experience required.**
