Production Operator, Springdale, PA
Starting pay: $20.50 per hour plus a $.70 shift differential when working on evening shift and a $.80 shift differential for night shift
After 90 calendar days your pay will increase to $20.90, after 180 calendar days your pay will increase to $21.27.
Shift: rotating shift every week
1st shift - 6:30am - 3:00pm
2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
3rd shift - 10:30pm - 7:00am

Primary Responsibilities
- The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
- Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers.
- You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.
Qualifications- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
