Primary Responsibilities


As the Branch General Manager at Pine Environmental Services, the position will be overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that sales and performance targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer service. General responsibilities for a Branch General Manager would also include managing staff, developing business plans, enhancing revenue, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


Specific duties might encompass:

  • Directing all operational aspects including sales, customer service, human resources, and administration.
  • Developing strategies to boost productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Engaging with the local community and clients to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the branch operates in alignment with the company s goals and adheres to legal and ethical standards.
  • Ensure rental and sales revenue goals are achieved.
  • Follow up on new and expanded business opportunities.
  • Focus on customer retention methods.



Key qualifications for this role often include proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, a strong understanding of business management principles, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively.
