Job Summary
As a Client Solutions Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for contract and consulting talent solutions using your proven legal and/or professional services and prior business development experience. Market to law firms and corporate legal clients via video, telephone as well as conduct in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. Client Solutions Director will participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half s presence in the local legal community.
- Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract/consulting professionals to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience in any field + an interest in the legal world and eagerness to develop a knowledge-base on the legal industry.
- Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area with ability to commute downtown 2 days/week.
