This position is based out of our Manassas, Virginia office. Must be willing to move to the Northern Virginia area for this role.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience
* High school diploma (or GED)
* Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
* Team player
Core Competencies:
* Servicing, Diagnosing, Repairing, and Installing products such as: water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, and sump pumps
* Ability to perform work in accordance with best practices according to manufacturers specifications and industry standards
* Relating value of service and products as solutions to customers needs and wants
* Strong communication skills
* Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes
