Executive Assistant
Our well-established client is looking for an independent Executive Assistant to perform a wide variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate is well organized, a strong communicator, and able to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Manage calendar
- Draft documents, correspondence, meeting agendas, etc.
- Maintain files
- Perform routine office tasks such as copying, answering phone, etc.
- Create and update office protocols and systems
- Perform regular and ad hoc research projects
- Assist other team members when needed
- Perform other tasks, as required
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
- Associate degree and at least five years of administrative experience, two of which should be working with a high-level executive
- Detail oriented and able to maintain composure in multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and problem solve
Hours for this Executive Assistant position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
