Adecco is NOW HIRING for a Customer Service Rep in Dover, DE.
This is a CSR assignment based in the Sales department of a well known box manufacturing client.
Temp to Perm
Paid Weekly, $20/hr, Daily Pay Available
Responsibilities:

• Must have strong project management skills
  
• Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales using various technology applications
  
• Provide formal quotes to Sales and Customers
  
• Track orders, initiate changes and expedited per Customer or Sales request. Communicate the same to Sales, Management, and customer
  
• Conduct themselves with highest level of professionalism remembering that our Customer needs and subsequent satisfaction is the goal
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of customer relations experience
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats in English
  
• Demonstrate an aptitude for customer service, computer, and administrative skills
  

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
