Our client is an independently owned high-end luxury jewelry store dedicated to providing exquisite and timeless pieces for our discerning clientele. With a commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and personalized service, they have established themselves as a premier destination for those seeking exceptional jewelry. They are now seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Manager to join their team at the Little Rock, AR location.

Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience in our Little Rock store. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about luxury jewelry, has a proven track record in sales, and aspires to take on a management role. There will be new stores opening in the next year, therefore our client is looking for this Sales Manager to turn into a future Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Motivate and inspire the sales team to exceed individual and store-wide sales goals.

2. Customer Experience:

Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Ensure a luxury shopping experience by providing personalized and attentive service to every customer.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Team Development:

Identify training needs and provide coaching to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and achievement.

4. Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the store management team to oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability.

Monitor product trends and provide feedback to assist in merchandise selection.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with upper management to provide insights into market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for luxury jewelry.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Previous experience in a management role is a plus.
