Elite Electric Plumbing & Air seeks HVAC Apprentices to join our first-class team.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency. You will perform maintenance tune-ups, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. NO EXPERIENCE is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete HVAC in-home service calls on equipment less than five years old.
• Learn how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• ability to Maintain a clean, organized, and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Working in confined spaces and at heights
• Working with hazardous materials and chemicals
• Working in extreme conditions like elevated height, and extreme temperatures
• Ability to lift 50lbs
