JOB OVERVIEW:
- Read production tickets; strong product knowledge including doors, components and slabs; Read tape measure to 1/32" inch.
- Pneumatic equipment (Stapler, nail and screw gun), Tape Measure.
- Ability to read tickets to determine the correct material has been kitted/prepped.
- Prepare product for next step in process by utilizing attention to detail.
- Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong product knowledge including doors, components and slabs;
- Ability to establish and maintain a neat organized work environment.
- Good communications skills both written and verbal.
- Operate hot gun, caulk gun and pneumatic screw gun.
- Door and glass knowledge
- Ability to read tape measure to 1/32 and understand bill of materials
- Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment (stapler, nail and screw gun) preferred.
- Must possess extreme attention to detail and accuracy of material placement.
- Knowledge of safety and security measures when utilizing equipment and materials.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, pushing
- The ability to objectively evaluate an order and prepare product as required for pre-finishing.
