Wasatch Back Paint & Floor, along with WB Interiors, HQ is located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area (HQ in Heber, UT), Wasatch Back Paint & Floor is a company that offers flooring, paint, and cabinets/countertops to clients across Utah; and custom stained solid wood stair treads, reclaimed woods & barnwood throughout North America. We also deliver to commercial contractors for projects in other states.


Role Description

If you're a hunter already making 6-figures, this role is for you! This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Account Manager located in the US, with the flexibility for remote work. Territories vary on location of person hired. The National Account Manager will be responsible for bringing on new accounts (dealers, builders, architects, designers), conducting sales presentations, communicating with clients, generating leads, creating quotes, and utilizing consultative selling approaches to close clients.

This is 90% commission role with no cap, and the ability to grow throughout North America. If you don t have commission sales experience, please do not apply. This role has a small base guarantee for three months and is a high reward role in commission and bonuses.


Qualifications

  • Excellent sales presentation and communication skills
  • Experience generating leads and closing in the flooring, paint, and/or cabinets/countertops industries; or similar
  • Proficient in consultative selling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor s degree and/or advanced career preferred
  • A big plus is experience in CRMs, Measure Square, and/or Floor Zap
