ONE Championship is Asia s largest global sports media property, and the world s largest martial arts organization, hosting bouts across all styles of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, Grappling, etc. In addition to its digital platforms, ONE Championship broadcasts to over 2.6 billion potential viewers across 190 countries around the world with some of the largest global broadcasters, including Amazon Prime Video Sports, Globo s Combate, Channel 7 HD, beIN Sports, Abema, Disney+ Hotstar, and more.
As part of the global Social Media Marketing team at ONE Championship, the Social Media Executive, Programming will be responsible for implementing ONE s overarching social media strategy, executing day-to-day programming, digital marketing and community management efforts all on a quest to continue building the greatest global sports media property in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize ONE s social posts and digital marketing campaigns across all global platforms including (but no limited to) Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, Threads and TikTok
- Support with all social media copywriting needs
- Collaborate with production team to create, refine, and optimize social content
- Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly
- Manage day to day community management initiatives
- Build meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer support
- Implement digital advertising efforts across all global platforms
- Educate internal departments and team members on social media best practices
Requirements:
- 1+ years working in Social Media or similar field
- Background in Social Media, Content Development, Content Strategy, Content Programming, Digital Marketing, Brand Management
- Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgable of mixed martial arts or general sports media industry
- Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
- Ability to work nights and weekends
