**JOB SUMMARY**
Conduent Business Services is seeking a Manager II (Production Warehouse). This position is to manage three (1) warehouse locations. The primary location and home base is in Lynnfield, MA (70,000 sq ft).
Critical functions are shipping, receiving, kitting, tracking, and management of the facilities. The successful incumbent is expected to work on Lynnfields inventory management system - RIMs. The candidate will directly manage one (1) Supervisor and eleven (11) warehouse associates (across 3 shifts).
The work location is in Lynnfield, MA and the work scheduled is Monday thru Friday, from 09:00am - 5:00pm ET. The candidate will report directly to the Manager, Delivery, Multichannel Communications.
This is a salaried (exempt) opportunity that includes comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision and 401K, etc.) as of the first day of employment.
**Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:**
* The movement, storage, tracking, and RMA of parts, supplies, and devices, pre- and post-production.
* Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
* Manage department resources
* Provide required reports to senior management
* People/team management responsibilities
* Travel to warehouse locations as needed
* Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
* Ensure quality services/deliverable in all areas
* Ensure warehouse safety
* Identify and resolve warehouse issues/concerns
**Requirements:**
* Education: High school diploma required, bachelors degree desired, but not required
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a managerial capacity
* Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse management and/or supervisory experience in a large production environment.
* Experience in warehouse operations, cycle-counting, and inventory management
* Must possess strong communications skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
* Must be computer literate (MS Office is a must have)
* Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
* Must be problem solver with the ability to resolve warehouse concerns
* Familiarity with international shipping preferred
* Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United States
