Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant -Talent Management/Learning (C1)

Job location: Client site, 3 days a week, Preferred local to Charlotte or able to travel to Charlotte as required.

Job description:

Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should have at least 2 Implementation experiences in Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud for Global Companies across Multiple Geographies.

Expertise in Goal and Performance Cycles, Profile Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Internal and External Trainings, Multiple training content providers is required.

Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .

Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation

Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.

Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.

Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

Consult & Setup up Oracle HRMS Modules (Talent and Learning Management).

Prepare the Test Scripts for respective user stories.

Provide the Support for HR Key Users.

Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.

Nice to Have Skills

Active Certifications in the Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud module will be desired

Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, ORC and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.


Qualifications

Need Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud Implementation Functional Resource with at least 6 yrs of experience

Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
